this 'The handbook of project management: a practical guide to effective policies and procedures'.
it is written in a manner of a 'Learn to play blues harmonica in 10 days'. most definately. reading it, I feel that project management is as easy to learn as playing Tekken 3 versus cpu.
the rest of the three is technical. possibly too technical for my limited understanding.
