not quantity, but quality.
.
who cares about words, anyway.

I must confess, the idea of the guy hitting the tree may be not the best one with this working attitude. of both of us. laziness is a plague of a mankind. not laziness, but bad project management. (nevertheless - I just finished reading one of the recommended reading books. the next one scares me in every possible aspect).

this 'The handbook of project management: a practical guide to effective policies and procedures'.
it is written in a manner of a 'Learn to play blues harmonica in 10 days'. most definately. reading it, I feel that project management is as easy to learn as playing Tekken 3 versus cpu.
the rest of the three is technical. possibly too technical for my limited understanding.

o, Bartholomew, Bartholomew!
wherefore art thou Bartholomew?
come back, anon.
.
'The Man Who Walked Through Walls' by Marcel Ayme is my favourite novel. it proves, how pointlessly simple is english language. beautiful title, fr: 'Le Passe-Muraille', pl: 'Przechodzimur', germans probably had their own one-word translation, but no - in english it has to be six-word-long-nightmare. fortunately enough it does not change the content of the novel.
if Bart is gone, I let myself read something not related to project management.

borrowing every single copy of all the books from 'recommended reading' list might be a good trick, but..
they do not know where is the 2nd floor in lrc.
they do not know what is on the 2nd floor in lrc.
well, correct, there is nothing from the 'recommended reading' list. for sure.

Young, Trevor, L. (2003) The handbook of project management: a practical guide to effective policies and procedures, London: Kogan Page.
Reiss, Geoff. (1995) Project management demystified: today's tools and technique, Spon Press.
Lock, Dennis. (1988) Project management, Gower.
all mine. the last position is as old as I am. yes, they had a term 'project management' already. fascinating.
